Background History
Mighty Wings is a Christian Ministry providing holistic programs to empower people, from all walks of life, to flourish as Jesus intended. The founders, Rodney and Carol Keyzer, started Mighty Wings in obedience to a prophecy they received in 1986. After establishing several highly effective, low-cost, outpatient addiction recovery centers in South Africa, God called the couple to the USA. Carol Keyzer holds a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling and Pastoral Counseling from South Florida Bible College, USA. She is also an Adjunct Professor. She is passionate about creating courses to help people overcome adversity and triumph in life.
Mighty Wings courses are tailored to assist people in overcoming various struggles, such as drug & alcohol addiction, non-chemical addictions, screen addictions, codependency, and more. The Addiction Recovery and the Supporter Recovery courses are run twice a week in Churches and are combined with our Life Skills Courses.
Due to the massive demand for effective, accessible, affordable Bible-based mental healthcare services (especially addiction recovery services), Mighty Wings provides training for Church-approved facilitators to facilitate our life-skills courses and addiction recovery courses in Church-based groups.
